Through shared heartbreak, communities united in unwavering solidarity, embodying the spirit of the mountains. This book serves as a testament to the enduring memories of those affected by this disaster and the stories that deserve to be told.
This book was created in Boone, North Carolina, by faculty and students in the Art Department, at Appalachian State University, as a response to Hurricane Helene.”
